(a) not moving, (b) moving toward you at 3,000 km/s, (c) moving
toward you at 30,000 km/s.
Notice that the spectral lines shift toward shorter wavelengths when
approaching and shift more with higher speed.
Red-Shifted Example: Directly
below are the observed absorption spectra of hydrogen for the following
cases:

from you at 30,000 km/s.
